1、Applications
a、Modifier for general purpose LLDPE and HDPE film：Garbage bags which generate less heat, flat yarn, inner film for laminated paper bags, shopping bags, adhesive tape etc..
b、PE/PP industrial films, packing materials, Woven sacks & containers etc.
2、Features
a、SP-21 is a LLDPE-based masterbatch containing 80% calcium carbonate. It is grayish white with excellent dispersibility.
b、It can be mixed with PE/PP resin for film blowing, casting, extrusion etc. and is easy to disperse with good compatibility. It functions as a modifier to improve the heat resistance, slip resistance, size stability, printability and texture. It also reduces heat release from burning, thus prevents secondary environmental pollution.
3、Processing suggestions
a、General dosage recommended at 5~50 PHR with variation according to the products.
b、The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies well among 220±40℃.
