Grade：SP-20
SP-20 based and contains highly dispersive Nano Precipitated Calcium Carbonate(NPCC) fillers. It applies well in LLDPE/HDPE blown film injection moulding.
1、Applications
Modifier for general purpose LLDPE/HDPE film：Garbage bags which generate less heat, flat yarn, shopping bags, etc..
2、Product properties
a、Good dispersion, No white crystallizing point in blown film.
b、Improve age resistance property
c、Improve mechnics dynam (impact property resistance;elasticity of bending)
d、To prevent emission problems by generating less heat, no oil dripping and less smoke when burning. No damage to the incinerator.
e、Facilitate the slippage between the layers of the films, increase heat resistance and cold resistance.
f、Good printability and surface gloss.
g、Impove the dispersion of mineral dye;decrease the dosage of pigment
h、To improve the working environment and easy for automatic weighing.
i、To make cost down.
3、Processing suggestions
a、General dosage recommended at 5~50 PHR with variation according to the products.
b、The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies well among 220±40℃.
