Grade：SP-01/02/03
SP-01/02/03-based and contains highly dispersive Nano Precipitated Calcium Carbonate(NPCC) fillers. It applies well in PP/PE blown film injection moulding.
1、Applications
PP/PE functional additives: woven, blown film, extrusion, injection molding products.
2、Product properties
a、Good dispersion, No white crystallizing point in blown film.
b、Improve the aging resistance.
c、Improve mechnics dynam (impact property resistance;elasticity of bending)
d、To prevent emission problems by generating less heat, no oil dripping and less smoke when burning. No damage to the incinerator.
e、Improve the heat resistance and cold products.
f、Good printability and surface gloss.
g、Impove the dispersion of mineral dye;decrease the dosage of pigment
h、Simple, no need to change the processing technology
i、To make cost down.
3、Reference value recommended processing conditions
a、Fill dosage determined by product characteristics, usually 10 ~ 50 PHR.
b、Processing temperature by the main rubber products, processed temperature will be suitable for use between 220 ± 40 ℃.
