Nano calcium carbonate as a new functional filler is widely used in many industries. Our NPCC-801 for lubricating grease was invented by nano specialists and is produced with a special process. It is fine in particle size (15-40nm), even in partial size distribution, big in specific area, and hign in activation. It is widely used in lubricating grease based on lithium and calcium, also in grease for high temperature application, general purpose lithium based grease, extreme pressure aluminum soap grease etc.
Characteristics of NPCC-801:
¨ª Super filling property
NPCC-801 can effectively adjust viscosity, colloid stability, cone penetration, etc, hence there is no settlement, and viscosity is very stable, which solve the problem of viscosity changing with seasons.
¨ª Good in high temperature resistance
With NPCC-801 added, high temperature resistance is increased greatly. Lubricating grease always losses due to high temperature from long-time mechanical movements, hence lubricating grease can not function as expected. This problem is effectively solved with NPCC-801 added.
¨ª Super nano effect
Nano is high in surface activation, so nano itself has good lubricating property. With NPCC-801 added, mechanical parts have extra lubricating effect from NPCC-801, hence effectively decrease wear.
