NPCC-203 is based on Nano-precipitated Calcium Carbonate (NPCC) and especially designed for PVC application. It is coated by a very special coupling agent with super coupling performance, and internal and external lubricating properties in the extrusion process have been taken into consideration. For ordinary coupling agent there are only about 4-6 coordination bonds, while our special compound agent has as many as 12-16 coordination bonds, hence outstanding plasticization property; central atom can connect with
electronegativity of atom (for example, -CL on PVC segment), so PVC profile mechanical properties are increased and PVC heat stability is improved,with best rheology and good processibility.
Characteristics and use:
1. Remain unchanged in the premise of the original formula, NPCC-203 be added directly to significantly improve the mobility of polymer, processing performance.
2. Adding NPCC-203 in product directly, it can increase toughness, impact resistance and tensile strength. And it can significantly reduce product costs.
3. NPCC will provide the final product a very strong resistance to yellow and heat aging properties.
Usage:PVC profiles, PVC pipe fittings, PVC panels, PVC wires, PVC cable, Masterbatch and so on.
