Improve the performance of products：Nano calcium carbonate (NPCC) can improve the rheological properties of plastic products, size stability, and heat aging resistance; really play enhancement, toughening effect, and partially replace expensive titanium dioxide, optical brighteners, silica and other meteorological fillers and additives, which highly reduce the amount of resin, lower production costs, improve market competitiveness. And PE / PP/PVC resins have good compatibility, can improve the mobility of products, finishes, and bending strength; lower melt index and viscosity, improving the processing performance.

Characteristics:

1. With big dosage added, mechanical properties can be maintained. In PVC profiles, with 20-30 phr added, properties of profiles can meet standard or even better

2. Welding strength can be increased. With best drop hammer in clod temperature and clod stamping, and can improve the Surface gloss.

3. Lubricants may be decreased. With NPCC-202 added, if there is decrease in voltage, reducing lubricant dosage is recommended; processing aid dosage can be decreased to some extent.

4. With NPCC-202 added, it is much easier to control extrusion process

5. Surface quality can be improved, and there is plate out effect

6. In general, the adding quantity of NPCC-202 is 8-12%. In processing, if the Electric current of the device decreases or reduces, please decrease the amount of lubricant inside and outside 1/4. And it can significantly reduce production costs also.

7. In abroad, the adding quantity of NPCC-202 is 5%. And please also decrease the amount of lubricant inside and outside.

8. It can also be used in other PVC product, just like PVC cable, PVC pipes, Rubber and so on. The customers can adjust the using quantity according to their product system.
